- No one should cause unregistered land to be encroached upon. However, this section shall not be considered as a hindrance to land acquisition after the committee designated under Section 26 has given approval for land acquisition or after land sale and distribution has been distributed in accordance with the prevailing Nepal law on rehabilitation.
