Section 6d of the Act. According to this, if the road or lane of the owner is changed or if the person concerned has left his land and the road or lane is not in use due to the fact that the owner's road or lane is not in use, the person concerned can make a request to the surveyor Goshwara by making a ˚rak on the registered road of the owner.
(2) If an application is received as per sub-rule (1), the concerned surveyor Goshwara will submit the application to the committee as per rule 11.
(3) Based on the application submitted according to sub-rule (2), the surveyor Goshwara will prepare the registration list as recommended by the said committee.
