: (1) For registration, the government organization formed according to this Act shall submit an application for registration to the authority authorized by the registrar if it is an organization as per section 3, a district subject cooperative association as per section 4 or a district cooperative association as per section 5, and as per section 6 In the case of a provincial subject cooperative association, a provincial cooperative association as per section 7, a central subject cooperative association as per section 8, a specialized cooperative association as per section 9, a national cooperative federation as per section 10 or a cooperative bank as per section 12, the application shall be submitted to the Registrar in the prescribed format.< br> (2) The following documents should be attached with the application as per sub-section (1):-
(a) Proposed Regulations of Co-operative Societies,
(b) Feasibility study report for operation of co-operative society,
(c) details of the number of shares and amount of shares accepted by the member,
(d) Other details as specified.
(3) In addition to the documents mentioned in subsection (2), when applying for the registration of a cooperative bank according to sub-section (1), a letter of prior approval from Nepal Rastra Bank must also be attached.
