(1) The Commission shall record the details of parties registered as per Rule 3 and 5 as per Schedule-16 and the details of parties registered for election purposes as per Rules 17 and 18 in the party registration book as per Schedule-17.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the records in the registration book of the parties in the commission shall be verified by the secretary of the commission.
(3) The commission shall also provide the updated record of the party registration book as per sub-rule (1) to the Regional Election Office and the District Election Office.
(4) Records obtained according to sub-rule (3) shall be kept securely by the respective Regional Election Office and District Election Office.
