(1) In addition to the matters mentioned in sub-section (1) of Section 47 of the Act, the Commission may organize political consultation meetings for consultation, interaction and discussion with the parties on the following matters from time to time:-
(a) Compilation of Electoral Rolls,
(b) Election Code of Conduct,
(c) Means and Procedure of Voting,
(d) election or plebiscite,
(e) election expenses,
(f) voter education,
(g) Election security,
(h) Party Liability and Party Management,
(i) Other matters deemed necessary by the Commission.
(2) In accordance with the Act and these regulations, the Commission may consult with parties at the provincial or local level.
