Rule 68
Additional Provisions Regarding Duties
Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this regulation, apart from cases where court fees are charged in accordance with prevailing law, in cases under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court, a complaint or claim petition, one thousand rupees for an appeal, five hundred rupees for a written answer or written counterclaim and During the proceedings, a fee of fifty rupees will be charged for the petitions to be submitted before the court.
