Section 58
Prohibition on receiving donations, gifts, donations, etc. and taking bribes

(1) No employee shall accept any kind of donation, donation, donation or gift from anyone or ask for donation or accept any kind of donation from any person related to the work without the prior approval of the Government of Nepal without the prior approval of the Government of Nepal. br> (2) If an employee receives a gift from a foreign government or a representative of a foreign government, he/she must inform the Government of Nepal and do so as prescribed.
