(1) After the closed list of candidates received before the commission in accordance with the proportional election system is published by the commission in accordance with the Act and these regulations, any voter may protest the claim before the commission that any candidate whose name is included in such list is not qualified according to the constitution and the law. (2) According to sub-rule (1), if the commission finds that the qualification of a candidate is not sufficient after the necessary investigation, the commission will remove the name of such candidate from the closed list of candidates and publish the final closed list of candidates.
