Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this regulation, - (a) "Act" means the House of Representatives Election Act, 2074. (b) "Election Program" means the election program as per Rule 3. (c) " "Election symbol" means the election symbol determined by the Commission in accordance with Section 31 of the Act. (d) "Election Office" means District Election Office or Regional Election Office. (f) "Voting Center" means a polling station designated by the Commission in accordance with Section 34 of the Act for the purpose of voting in an election, and the term also refers to a sub-polling center. (g) "Voting representative" means a candidate. Or the election representative shall mean the person appointed as per Rule 44 to represent him at the polling station.
