Rule 26
Ballot box
(1) The Commission shall arrange for the required number of ballot boxes in each polling station. (2) Separate ballot boxes shall be used for the first-come, first-served election system and the proportional election system. (4) Before the start of voting, the polling officer shall open the ballot box in front of the candidate, election representative or polling representative and check whether the ballot box is correct and empty. (5) Check the ballot box according to sub-rule (4). After finishing, the polling officer shall leave the hole for dropping the ballot in the empty ballot box, close the ballot box, put a security seal, stamp it and prepare a bond with the signature of the candidate, election representative or polling representative present at the polling station. (6) After closing the ballot box according to sub-rule (5), vote When starting the work, the polling officer shall prepare a bond by making signatures of himself and the candidate, election representative or polling representative present at the polling station, and if any candidate, election representative or polling representative does not print the signature, he shall make the signature of two other persons present at the polling station with the same manner in the bond.
