Rule 75
List of Damasahi Businessmen
(1) According to the prevailing law, the subject list of persons licensed to do damasahi business shall be obtained from the Damasahi Administration Office and kept up to date by the registrar.
(2) When updating the list according to sub-rule (1), a separate list should be prepared based on the name, surname, nationality, profession and the field of expertise of the persons who have experience related to insurance, banking services, production and construction business operations.
(3) When appointing the investigating officer, restructuring manager or liquidator, the Commercial Court shall appoint the relevant regulatory body and the company involved in corruption from among the persons named in the list as per sub-rule (1).
