Rule 62
Payment of liability
: (1) According to the order of priority as follows, the fund of the cooperative organization whose registration has been revoked or dissolved under the section DD of the Act can be spent for the following activities:-
(a) to defray expenses incurred in carrying out the works of dissolution,
(b) To pay the amount of savings to the member,
(c) Paying allowances to employees,
(d) To pay 8 installments,
(e) to give other amounts due,
(f) To return share capital,
(g. To distribute dividends in the case of undistributed dividends.
(2) Any. Even after the dissolution of the cooperative organization, if any creditor of that organization does not come to collect the amount due, within three months from the date of completion of the dissolution, such creditor shall make a claim for the amount due to the funds of the said organization and no action will be taken on the claim after the expiry of that period.
