(1) Section 11 of the Act. According to sub-section (6A) of , if a person who has a teaching license in science, mathematics or English is not available and such subject cannot be taught in a school in a remote area, the commission may invite applications for a temporary teaching license from among those who have attained the minimum educational qualification, even if they have not received the training as per rule 9.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the commission of persons who apply may grant a temporary permit to a person who passes the interview after conducting an interview to teach only in schools in remote areas. Explanation: For the purpose of this rule, "remote area" shall mean any district, village development committee or school designated as remote area by the Ministry.
