(1) If an institution wants to conduct distance education, it must submit an application to the Distance Education Committee through the Educational Manpower Development Center for approval.
(2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1), the Distance Education Committee will carry out the necessary investigation in relation to the application, and if it is deemed appropriate to grant approval to the applicant to conduct distance education, it may grant approval subject to the necessary conditions.
(3) If an institution does not conduct distance education in accordance with the conditions specified under sub-rule (2), the Distance Education Committee may revoke the approval given to such an institution at any time.
(4) If a school wants to conduct distance education, it must take approval from the Distance Education Committee.
