Section 17

Special facilities for blind and disabled officials or members

(1) If the speaker or the chairman feels that an official or member who is blind or physically disabled needs the services of an attendant to move around, an attendant will be provided to accompany such official or member. .

(2) The attendant who is accompanied by the office bearer or member as per sub-section (1) shall receive the following facilities:-

(A) Daily Allowance: Half of the daily allowance received by the office bearer or member.

(B) Visiting Allowance: The same facilities as the official or member get when visiting.
