(1) If the office bearer or member requests the amount for the salary and accommodation facilities to be received as a deposit in accordance with this Act, he can receive a deposit for a maximum of three months in installments within the same financial year. However,

( 3) If the officer or member who receives the submission according to this section does not continue to be a member of the Federal Parliament for any reason, the amount due from him will be charged according to the prevailing law. However, if an officer who collects salary advance dies before the date of payment, the amount of salary advance due from him will be waived.
