(1) According to Rule 14, among the cases included in the weekly appearance list, the registrar shall prepare the daily appearance list of the issues included in the list of that day and publish it on the notice board of the court, the website and in front of the bench class of the court within 10:30 in the morning. (2) One copy of the daily attendance list published in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be provided to the chairman and other members as well.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), when the daily appearance list of the case is prepared, if the case scheduled for the previous day remains unheard by the bench, then such case should be given priority. However, if the court does not sit for any reason on that day, the case of Hedahidin can be included in the appearance list of the first day of court opening.
(4) If the chairman deems it necessary, he may appoint a particular day of the meeting to deal with particular issues. If a special day is fixed in that way, arrangements should be made to fix the date and prepare the list of appearances accordingly.
