Rule 85
Daily Issue Payee List
(1) According to Rule 84, in order to prepare a daily pay list from among the cases included in the weekly pay list, the list of cases for which pay has been fixed on that day must be submitted by the registrar to the judges for the purpose of forming a bench through the round process as determined in the guidelines on pay management made by the 17 Supreme Court.
(2) "After the formation of the court through the round process according to sub-rule (1), the registrar should paste the daily case list on the original notice board and paste the daily list of the cases of the court formed by the round process on the notice board of the relevant court room and a copy should also be given to the concerned judge. .
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rules (1) and (2), petitions for witnessing of custody, petitions for conciliation or withdrawal of cases and other separate petitions are not included in the weekly or daily case filing list, even if the petitions are registered on the day of registration and the following petitions The next day, according to the need, the court will be able to proceed with the payment:-
(a) Application relating to mandate, (b) Application relating to referral,
(c) Application for Prohibition,
(d) Petition regarding jurisdiction, (e) Petition regarding injunction.
(4) According to sub-rule (2), when preparing the daily pay list of the case, if the case assigned on the previous day is not considered by the bench, it will be assigned to that bench. Pvt. However, if the bench is not constituted on that day, such a case and the pending case which has not been heard by any bench can be fixed to be submitted on the first day of the next week or on any other day.
(5) “The Payee Management Committee may appoint certain types of cases to be dealt with during the week. If the day is fixed, the daily case pay list will be prepared accordingly.
