(2) If the owner of the land or his representative comes to appear within the time limit as per sub-rule (1), the land surveying team, including the proof of entitlement and the existing land, can register the land in the regional register in the name of the concerned person by paying a fine of five rupees per unit.
(3) According to sub-rule (1) for the second time given for the registration of the land even within the period given for the second time, the land owner who does not attend to register the land or does not even send his representative, the details of the existing land of the land owner may be registered in the regional register in Rohwar by a representative of the Ward Committee.
