Section 76
Refundable of bail and bailment
(1) In the case filed in the court, if the accused is ordered to be detained in accordance with this paragraph, the bond or bail given by him must be released before the detention.
(2) The bond or surety taken by the court from any accused in connection with a case shall be immediately returned or released to the accused, except as otherwise provided in this paragraph, if the accused is acquitted at the time of the final decision of such case.
