Rule 21

The Commission shall issue an order in the format as per Schedule-11 when asking for bail or bail from a person accused of corruption.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), when demanding bail or bail, the documents as per Schedule-12 and Schedule-13 according to the situation shall be submitted.
