Rule 10A
The bond amount will be deposited in the term account
(1) The amount of the bond amount kept as per Rule 10 shall be deposited in the bank designated by the District Education Office by opening a term account in the name of the school.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the amount of interest received from the amount deposited in the bank can be spent on school work.
(3) The operation of the account as per sub-rule (1) shall be done by the joint signature of the person designated by the Management Committee and the employee designated by the District Education Officer.
