Rule 10
To be bailed
(1) When taking the permission to open a school, the following amount should be kept as a guarantee for the operation of the school:- If it is an institutional school, if it is a community school
(a) For Secondary School Rupees Two Lakhs Rupees One Lakh
(b) One lakh and fifty thousand rupees for lower secondary school (c) for primary school fifty thousand rupees but
(1) Rule 8A. There is no need to keep a bond when taking permission to operate a school.
(2) Rule 80A of the Civil Service Rules, 2050. For the purpose of opening a school in the geographical area of "A category", half of the mentioned amount will be charged.
