Section 175
Copy to be given
(1) The interested party of the case or his legal practitioner may collect the fee as provided in the law for the copy of any document in the case file. But any legal professional can take a copy of the judgment.
(2) No matter what is written in sub-section (1), a copy of the document which is required to be kept secret according to the law shall not be given.
