Rule 97
Petition for Duplication
(1) A person who wants to obtain a copy of a document attached to a missile in the court shall submit an application to the relevant officer in the format specified in Schedule-15 along with the receipt as per Schedule-3, clearly mentioning the details and date of the document.
(2) If a person needs to obtain a copy of a document with separate missiles attached, he should make a separate application.
