(1) Every consumer organization registered in accordance with this regulation shall, within ninety days from the end of the financial year, be audited by an auditor recognized by the Auditor General's department and submit an application for renewal to the relevant irrigation office, attaching the report and the annual report.
(2) If due to any reason the application cannot be submitted within the period as per sub-rule (1), then the application for renewal shall be submitted within another ninety days with a late fee of one hundred rupees.
(3) If the application is submitted according to sub-rules (1) and (2), the concerned irrigation office shall renew it within seven days. If there is any reason for not renewing, written information should be given to the relevant consumer organization.
