Rule 11
Destruction, cleaning, etc
Disinfecting arrangements: (1) Disinfecting domesticated birds, poultry products, poultry products, etc., other than those that can be reused after disinfection in the bird flu-affected area, should be treated humanely in accordance with Section 28 of the Act. It should be destroyed, layered, disinfected and cleaned and managed safely.
(2) For disinfection and control of bird flu in bird flu affected areas: The bird flu control committee according to Rule 5 may appoint a public health team to monitor the health of the working manpower and the citizens of that area.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), the details of the damaged birds, bird products, bird product materials and the date of destruction should be verified in the format determined by the department and a copy of the same should be given to the owner concerned.
(4) Vehicles used for the transportation of birds, poultry products and production materials passing through bird flu affected areas will be allowed to move only after being disinfected within the borders of such areas. (5) Outside the bird flu-affected area declared in accordance with Rule 8, within the same district or: Bird flu infection in other districts adjacent to the border (if found, the birds, bird products or bird products of such places will be destroyed and managed according to section 28 of the Act.
(6) If it is proven that birds, bird products or bird products have been taken or brought outside the bird flu affected area from the area affected by bird flu, all the materials that have been taken or brought and that are in direct contact with those materials that can transmit the disease will be destroyed in accordance with Section 28 of the Act.
(7) The head of the office can manage the necessary manpower for bird flu control in bird flu affected areas.
