In any of the following cases, an employee may be punished by giving a warning or withholding a maximum of two salary increments or withholding a promotion for two years:-
(a) If he commits indiscipline more than once,
(b) In case of contravention of the matters relating to conduct mentioned in this Act and the rules made under this Act,
(c) In case of failure to comply with applicable law,
(d) If a written warning is received up to two times in a year according to section 68,
(e) If the submission is not made in accordance with the prevailing law,
(f) If he does not follow the instructions given by his superiors regarding the frequent neglect of complaints and complaints of the customer,
(g) If the official who is responsible for enforcing the job description does not do so.
