Section 19

A person who wants to be a member of the organization and who has attained the qualifications according to this Act must fill out the prescribed details and submit an application to the organization in the prescribed format.
(2) In order to obtain the membership of the organization according to sub-section (1), the prescribed fee shall be paid for registering the name.
(3) According to sub-section (3) of section 16, if a person who has qualified for membership wants to register his name in the membership of the organization, the Government of Nepal shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and submit an application to the organization within six months from the date of commencement of section 29 and 49 of this Act. A person who does not apply for membership within that period will not be eligible for membership under this Act.
