(1) Health workers or health organizations who wish to receive financial security as per section 11 and 13 shall register their name with the committee.
(2) Health workers who wish to register their names in accordance with sub-section (1) shall submit an application to the committee by attaching the certificate obtained from the health professional council and the certificate of establishment obtained by the health institution in accordance with the prevailing law. But the government health institution does not have to attach the certificate of establishment.
(3) If it is found necessary to register the name while examining the application received under sub-section (2), the committee shall register the name of such health worker or health institution in the registration book and give the certificate to the applicant in the prescribed format.
