Section 29
Obligations related to deposit protection
: (1) The fund shall be responsible for safeguarding the deposit amount up to the prescribed limit according to sub-section (1) and (2) of section 19 of the depositor.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the fund shall not have any liability in respect of deposits which are not deemed to be secured in accordance with section 20.
