The Center may conduct regular surveillance or random checks on the work of government offices or public institutions where corruption may occur and may depute any employee working in the Center for that purpose.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the employee who is deputed from the center shall submit a report with his opinion to the center within seven days of completion of the work entrusted to him.
