Section 13

Provision of Private Secretariat and Staff

(1) The Chief Justice shall receive staff facilities as mentioned in Schedule-2 for the private secretariat of his residence for the duration of his tenure. The items mentioned in Schedule-2 will be provided and the items provided shall be returned to the Supreme Court by the Chief Justice within one week after the end of his tenure. - The amount mentioned in 2 will be provided.
