Section 65
Power to make rules
: (1) The Government of Nepal may make rules on the following matters necessary for the implementation of this Act:-
(a) Service, remuneration and other benefits of the Chief Executive Officer,
(b) in relation to deposit protection,
(c) In relation to loan protection,
(d) in relation to special contributions and
(e) In relation to the protection of other areas designated by the Government of Nepal.
