Not to abuse the regulatory opportunity
: (1) Chairman, members and employees of the Commission, auditors, advisers, representatives or any person working in contract with the Commission, firm or company in their official capacity or on behalf of the Commission Any confidential information that has come to his knowledge while performing the work shall not be made available to any other person or its source should be opened except in cases where it is required to be made available according to the law.

(4) If anyone does anything contrary to sub-section (1), (2) or (3), he shall be deemed not to have acted in accordance with his official duties and shall be prosecuted according to the prevailing law.
