: (1) The Government of Nepal shall appoint any authorized employee of the Government of Nepal to inspect whether or not someone has smoked or consumed tobacco in a public place contrary to this Act, or whether or not a producer or manager has completed the things required to be done in accordance with this Act. can be appointed as an inspector.
(2) The inspector shall submit the details of the work done by him during the year to the Ministry.
(3) Apart from what is written in this Act, the other duties, duties and rights of the inspector shall be as prescribed.
