A person who wants to inspect any document or document in the court should submit an application in the format as per Schedule-10 with the prescribed form stating the following matters by half past three o'clock in the day. For the inspection of documents attached to separate documents, separate application forms should be given as follows:- (a) The document number and year of the case in which inspection of the documents or documents is desired,
(b) a description of the missile or document sought to be inspected,
(c) If the petitioner is not a party or heir to the suit, the reason why he wishes to inspect it,
(d) name, surname and nationality of the person inspecting.
