Rule 40
Inspection

(1) The chief commissioner, commissioner or officer-level staff may conduct an inspection regarding whether the authorized staff has not performed the work in accordance with the prevailing law and the authority delegated by the commission.
(2) After the inspection according to sub-rule (1), the Chief Commissioner or the Commissioner may give instructions on matters deemed necessary and it shall be the duty of the concerned officer to ensure that the instructions given are followed.
(3) After the inspection according to sub-rule (1), the officer-level employee shall submit the report of the work done during the inspection to the commission. 4) On the basis of the report received as per sub-rule (3), the Commission may give necessary instructions to the concerned office or officer and it shall be the duty of the concerned officer to follow the instructions given in that manner.
