Rule 154
Inspection
When the court inspects the court under it and the office of the body or officer from which it hears the appeal, in addition to the things mentioned in Section 20 of the Administration of Justice Act, 2073, the following things should also be checked:-
(a) Has the adjournment been kept according to law or not? Has the adjournment work been done on time or not?
(b) Court fees, surety bond taken or revenue filed on time according to the law? Has the bond been blacked out? And Jinsi Sesta is not right?
(c) What is the condition of preservation and maintenance of physical property of the court?
(d) Using information technology to correspond, to take out a list of documents, to inform the proceedings of a case, to upload a judgment or not?
(e) What is the standard of the judgment made by the judge? Is the verdict ready on time?
(f) Has there been regular monitoring and correspondence of the appeals placed on bail?
(G) Other things deemed necessary to be inspected.
