Rule 50
Execution of the decision
: (1) After the decision of the Debt Recovery Tribunal according to Rule 47, if the decision is appealed, after the decision is received from the High Court and if no appeal is filed, after the deadline for filing the appeal has passed, an order shall be issued in the name of the Debt Recovery Officer to implement the decision.
(2) The Debt Recovery Tribunal, while issuing an order in accordance with sub-rule (1), may also specify the period for the execution of the decision.
