(1) In case of a decision not to proceed with a mistrial after the investigation has been completed in accordance with the prevailing law, the District Public Prosecutor's Office along with the mistrial documents must be sent to the High Public Prosecutor's Office and the High Public Prosecutor's Office to the Attorney General's Office within three days from the date of the decision. When sending in this way, the extent of the related issue should be considered and sent by means of fast means.
(2) So. In case the office has decided not to proceed with the case, the related missile documents shall be sent to the Attorney General's office in accordance with sub-rule (1).
(3) Even if it is decided not to proceed with the case partially, it shall be done according to sub-rule (1) or (2). (4) The public prosecutor who does not send the information as per sub-rule (1) or (2) will be dealt with departmentally according to the prevailing law.
