(1) If a statement is taken from a person holding a public office by the Commission, if the Commission decides to keep such a complaint under investigation, the said decision shall be given to the concerned office.
(2) In the event that a document is issued by an agency in connection with the action of a complaint, if such complaint is ordered to remain under investigation, the issued document shall be sent back to the concerned office as soon as possible.
