Section 45

The Government of Nepal may give necessary instructions to the Council regarding the operation of the organization.
(2) The Auditor General may give necessary instructions to the Council regarding the development, protection and promotion of the accounting profession.
(3) It shall be the duty of the Council to comply with the instructions given by the Government of Nepal or the Auditor General as per sub-section (1) or (2).
