Rule 192
Able to create directory
The Ministry will be able to create and implement guidelines on the following subjects subject to the Act and this regulation:-
(a) relating to the operation of non-formal education,
(b) relating to the operation of distance education,
(B1) Regarding the operation of the trainee accommodation house,
(c) relating to the operation of special education,
(d) regarding the conduct of secondary education passing examination,
(e) Regarding other subjects related to school education,
(f) Regarding publication of supporting textbooks and teaching materials,
(g) Protection and use of school property.
