(1) The Commission may appoint one Election Officer and the required number of Assistant Election Officers in accordance with Section 19 of the Election Commission Act, 2073 for the elections held according to the proportional election system. Therefore, the number of employees required to carry out the work to be done according to the election program according to sub-rule (1) of rule 3 can be assigned. The election officer appointed according to sub-rule (1) has to carry out all related work.
