Rule 19

Declaration of being elected unopposed

When publishing the final list of candidates according to section 23 of the Act, if only one candidate is retained, the election officer shall declare that such candidate has been elected unopposed for the position of President or Vice President according to section 24 of the Act and inform the Commission immediately.
