Rule 120
Non-receipt of pension or gratuity
(1) A teacher will not get pension or gratuity in the following cases:-
(a) If appointed to a temporary post,
(b) In case of being dismissed from the job for the purpose of being deemed ineligible for academic employment in the future,
(c) If it is proven that educational qualifications, three generations, age, name, surname, homeland or citizenship have been falsified for the purpose of getting a school job or remaining in that job.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the amount that has been spent before the offense is proved shall not be returned.
