(1) After being appointed, the teacher should submit three copies of the form in the format as per Schedule-18 to the school where he/she is employed for the purpose of pension.
(2) If a teacher who does not submit the form in accordance with sub-rule (1) is forced to retire due to age, such teacher shall submit the form in accordance with sub-rule (1) to the school where he/she is employed nine months before the date of retirement.
(3) If a teacher dies without filling the form as per sub-rule (1) or (2), the person whom such teacher wishes among his family members and if the person who wishes also dies or if he does not so wish, his family member who will receive pension within three months of the teacher's death before the concerned school. According to sub-rule (1), the form should be filled in the school.
(4) According to this rule, the person who sends the form for pension should disclose the district in which he wants to receive pension certificate or family pension certificate.
(5) After receiving the form according to sub-rule (1), (2) or (3), the headmaster in the case of the teacher and the chairman of the management committee in the case of the headmaster should verify the received form and keep one copy in the school and send the remaining two copies to the respective district education office. .
(6) After receiving the form according to sub-rule (5), the district education officer shall verify the received form and keep one copy in his office and send the remaining copy to the teacher's library.
(7) After receiving the form as per sub-rule (6), the teacher's library shall check with the records it has, if the form is as per sub-rule (1) or (2) in the name of the retired teacher in the format as per Schedule-19 and if the form as per sub-rule (3) is deceased In the name of the teacher's right holder, a family pension certificate should be provided in the format as per Schedule-20.
(8) A person who receives a certificate of authority according to sub-rule (7) will receive pension amount every month from the office mentioned in the certificate of authority.
