Rule 45
Policy Management Group

(1) Recommendations and consultations are available to the Attorney General and the Management Committee under Rule 43 on matters related to policy making, including the strengthening of the Public Prosecutor's Office. There will be a policy management group consisting of the Deputy Attorney General and Associate Attorneys of the Attorney General's Office.
(2) The policy management group meeting as per sub-rule (1) will be held as required.
(3) The deputy attorney in charge of the administration branch will work as the secretary of the policy management group as per sub-rule (1).
