Section 47
Jurisdiction to hear cases related to offenses committed outside Nepal
In case of any offense committed in an aircraft or watercraft registered in Nepal or outside of Nepal, where there is a provision to be punished by the prevailing law, the accused of such offense shall be found in the court of the district within Nepal, and if not found, his permanent The case related to such offense will be processed and settled in the district court of the area of residence.
